1. Processing Times

Standard processing: 1–3 business days after payment. Personalized/corporate orders may require additional time (we’ll notify you).

2. Delivery Options & Estimates

• UAE Standard: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• UAE Express (where available): 1 business day after dispatch.

• International: 5–12 business days (customs may extend timelines).
  Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service level.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking (where available).

5. Delivery Address & Attempts

Please provide accurate, complete addresses and contact numbers. Failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur re-delivery fees.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees once the package reaches the destination country.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and affected items to info@ajibbox.com. We’ll assist with a replacement, credit, or claim with the carrier.

8. Weather & Events

Severe weather or events beyond our control may cause delays.
