1. Overview
We want you (and your “precious one”) to love the box. If something’s off, we’ll make it right under the terms below.
2. Eligibility Window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for returns/refunds requests.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/engraved items,
Perishable goods (e.g., certain treats),
Opened beauty/cosmetics,
Gift cards and downloadable items,
Mystery boxes once opened (to preserve curation surprise and hygiene).
Where a return is not possible, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion if there’s a verified issue.
4. Return Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all inserts. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
5. Process
Email info@ajibbox.com with order number, photos, and reason. We’ll provide return instructions. Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–14 business days.
6. Exchanges
If stock permits, we can exchange for the same item or a similar item of equal value.
7. Damages/Errors
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll prioritize replacements or credits.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Personalized and express orders may be ineligible for cancellation once work begins.
